Ingredients:
Apple bits, haricot bean peels, stinging nettle leaves, blackberry leaves, black currant leaves, nana mint, natural flavours and strawberry bits (2.5 grams/tea bag).
Brewing Instructions:
Steep 1 tablespoon per 10 to 12 ounces (1 mug) of boiling water for 5 to 6 minutes.
