Rosehip peels, black currants, berry leaves (blackberry leaves, black currant leaves), hawthorn leaves, hawthorn berries, blueberries, heather blossoms, elderflowers, flavour, mullein flowers.
Steep 1 tbsp per 10 to 12 oz (1 mug) of boiling water for 5 minutes.
