Our Organic Hojicha is our newest Japanese green tea. It’s roasted in a porcelain pot over charcoal, so it’s slightly smoky, earthy and sweet. We also love this one on ice, but you won’t regret drinking it hot, either!
Organic Hojicha Green Tea
Steep 1 tablespoon per 10 to 12 ounces (1 mug) of slightly boiling water for 2.5-3 minutes. Add 30 seconds for the second brew.
